[AccessD] CreateObject ("Access.Application") is not working

Honestly Jim, all I was really writing about was to try to understand why
CreateObject ("Access.Application") did not create an instance of Access :-)
The rest is just me over-engineering.
And like you say, there is little need for it anyway.
But I was POd enough about CreateObject not working that I went ahead and
found Wayne's code and said "Nyahhhh VBA!"
