  You need a E3 or E4 plan to use Access Sevices with Office 365, which
would allow you to host Access web databases under SharePoint.

  Personally I hardly thing it worth it, given these folks:

www.eqldata.com

  Where you can run virtually any Access app on the web and don't have to
live with any of the SharePoint/Access Web database restrictions.
