[AccessD] OT: Prevent outlook from receiving email

I want to send only, never receive email from my outlook client.  I use Thunderbird but cannot 
automate that for the send.  I automate Outlook send (and have forever) and just don't need it to 
receive all my email even though I will never read it in Outlook and will just (from time to time) 
delete it all from there.

So... is there a way to prevent picking up email in outlook, but allow it to still send?
