[AccessD] Northwinds Isn't "cutting it"

Or probably better,  one of the citiesxxx.csv databases.  (I just pulled down the pg.csv and 
had a look - a lot of it is named geographicl features like rivers, harbours, mountains, 
swamps etc.)
