Don't mind actually - he's a good egg - funny guy.  We always have a laugh
when we talk.  And he thinks I walk on water.  :))))) (when it's actually

Such questions are always a surprise for me. Why doesn't he change the
keyboard to see if the problem persists? That would have taken less time
than writing to you or at least ruled out one possible error source.
