Shoot!!! ([overtime]=0) Or ([hours]=40) I'm still kind of puzzling out how it works, but it does -- so far. I guess it's that 40 cutoff that was confusing me -- the only way you'll have an overtime value is if hours is exactly 40 -- so it makes a bit more sense to me now.
