I think many of us are in that boat. But glad to working, it seems I burn-out at times, but have keep plowing ahead anyway. It is either 1/2 MPH or the speed of sound. With very little in between. The Dog, Dudley Do-Right, takes me for a walk if I start to feel overwhelmed.
