[AccessD] Turn off IE security

It shouldn't be doing that. 

If the security tab is grayed out then I think you have bigger issues. Find
out why it is grayed out. Is your security software doing that? (That's my
guess.) Or maybe an add-in of some kind.

Go into the settings and on the last tab [Advanced] click Reset. Then go
through each tab and make sure you have access to the settings. If that
doesn't work open it in IE "Safe Mode' and see what happens.
