[AccessD] Rebuilding AccessD - was Re: Svar: Re: Where to publish stuff

We already have a web site / domain.  I think we should look at expanding our site.  With a 
DotnetNuke or similar system we could add modules for blogs, forums and so forth without going 
outside the company.  Keep the email list but add a forum, plus look at a more organized way to 
actually post articles and code.
