[AccessD] Icon Developer

Per the recommendations from members on this group,
I purchased this and gave it a whirl.
For $20, it did a nice job of converting some JPG images to ICON format.
However, the size of the icon files surprised me...almost 10x the size of
the original !
For Windows 256x256 icons, the images were very nice.
However, it would be impractical to use these files as custom Ribbon images,
wouldn't it ?
I think I should probably convert the JPG to PNG format.
