[AccessD] Access 2013 -- MDB Back Ends Dead?

Were you using ODBC? ADP project format? Passing parameters to Insert
stored procedures?
IME, I have developed some pretty large apps using ADP format and stored
procedures, and never experienced slow inserts, even with upwards of 75
simultaneous users.
