[AccessD] Running A Stand Alone On A MAC

Hey All
This is all new to me. I have a client who has switched from being a PC user
to a MAC user. He is thinking of installing an ACCESS application I designed
for him (for the PC) on his MAC machine. He is using a program called
Parallels to allow him to run Windows on the MAC.  I guess what I am asking
is does anyone know of any problems (if any) in trying to this or should it
be just simply transparent?
