I use Parallels on my MacBook to run Windows 7 / Access 2010 or Windows 7 / Access 2003 and I haven't had any problems. There is one option called 'Coherence' which makes it look like you're working on the Mac desktop. I don't like that at all - it's too confusing. I like to keep the Mac and Windows stuff separate.
