[AccessD] Conflict Between "Group On" and Dynamic Sort

I don't see how this is possible, nor do I see why it would be useful. But
assuming that there is some useful reason to do so, then I think a combined
group/sort might work. The user wouldn't see this, it would be under the
covers, but it might work.
