So you can put multiple lines in your replace?  Didn't know that.  However,
I have a convention of putting all my DIMs at the top of my module followed
by the APIs if any.  I guess I could look for the first occurrence of
PRIVATE and then add the RESIZE event lines plus PRIVATE.

Rocky,
If you're going to add this to every form's module you could use search and
replace. Designate the Find for something that is in every form e.g. "
Option Explicit" 

And then just include that and a line break as the first part of your
"replace" string.
