Hi John: I use PDFCreator as it seems very Access friendly. There is even code samples for how to use it, with Access. I use it with about five clients and the PDF generation and associated prompts can all be turned off. I will generate the filename and location, print, then attach to an email and mail. I am looking at various pdf printer drivers but most want to pop up a "save as" kind of dialog. Google is not my friend on this. Is anyone doing this, can you point me to a web page or something? Thanks, -- John W.
