[AccessD] Switchboard

Moved all office apps (Access, Excel) to the Ribbon.
Tried several Ribbon creator products....all came with grief....then moved
to Albert Kallal's Ribbonclass....
And never looked back.
I use Visual Slickedit to modify the XML.
