[AccessD] The list

We discussed that a while ago and the thought was to use the Tech list for
that. But it has been quite a while. I suppose we should have another board
meeting someday...

Speaking of which, why dont we add more mailing lists that reflect more what
is talked about more these days - for instance a Linux list or mobile dev
(iOS, android, win phone) list?
