can we expect you to do something?

To summarize my points:

 * We are a tiny group
 * We have no search engine visibility
 * We have no web presence
 * Our site is totally out of date
 * We absolutely lack any kind of promotion or marketing strategy, even to
our own group
 * We use completely outdated technology

Without major changes, we are toast. Right now, I don't even see any
general consensus on the issues, let alone a plan to solve the problems.
