Well, I learn something every day. Who are the signing members and therefore, theoretically, the legal owners? However DatabaseAdvisors is just a means to an end which is to maintain the lists, nothing more. We do not earn money (though we could), we do not pay dividends to the share holders. We no longer even sell shares, that was just a way to manage the incorporation. John W.
