Oh my yes.  Take the vitamins, brew a strong cup of coffee and go for a walk to clear the head.  Go 
sit in one of the lovely Indian restaurants downtown and watch people go by out the window.  Focus 
on how lucky we are to be here.

I remember when I visited, you took me to one of your favorite restaurants for Indian food and it 
was wonderful.  BTW I have fallen in with a group here at the job that is introducing me to the 
local Indian food scene.  I haven't had any since that trip to see you many years ago.
