Hi Mark:

It all seems like the old days. We use to run our systems through dumb terminals connected to the main-frame and now we are basically doing exactly the same thing. 

I want my PC back. :-(

LATENCY: This is the huge "gotcha" of cloud computing that SalesForce and
the others NEVER MENTION.
It can get quite depressing.
Some days you get reports displayed in 1 minute, on others, it could be 10
minutes.
