[AccessD] Access 2007 Application - Running Under Win-7 64-Bit with Office 2010 32-bit

We are considering the replacement of several PCs in the near future.

I have built an Access 2007 application that may need to run under Windows-7 64 Bit with Office 2010 32-bit.

It is my understanding that this should work Okay.

Is this correct?
