[AccessD] Access and Sharepoint

I have never worked with Sharepoint and know virtually nothing about it. My
new client uses it and the Access db they use is inside Sharepoint. What
exactly does that mean? Will I simply deliver an Access db to them and they
will copy it into Sharepoint? Is anything different in that environment
than a plain old network setup?

I guess I'll see what wikipedia has to say about Sharepoint.
