[AccessD] Adding Bar Coding and Scanners to an Access Application

I'd recommend 3 of 9 coding.  Google "frree 3of9".   There are quite a few fonts out there.  

Pick one that you like and download and instal it.   The rules for 3of9 are very simple, you just 
use an asterisk as a stop and stsart character. So to put JobNum  on a report, set a textbox 
to ="*" & Jobnum & "*"  set it's font to 3of9
