[AccessD] Bind Form to RecordSet

As I pointed out on the SQL Server list, a SP returns a snapshot, not a persistent recordset, 
so you can pull the SP data with a pass-through query and can "bind" the data by setting a 
form's recordsource to the query - but it is RO, no  create/edit/delete possible.
