[AccessD] Source control Access

LOL, no.  Even MS gave up on Sourcesafe.  Google it and all you find (and I do mean ALL) is "it 
sucks so bad".

One way or the other, they already use their own chosen SC system and so going out to get sourcesafe 
is a non-started.
