[AccessD] Windows 8.1

Well done, Charlotte, for downloading 8.1.

Win 8 killed my PC and I chose to stay with 7 for my replacement
desktop. It loaded onto my laptop without problems, but recently when
I've tried to upgrade to 8.1 (hopefully it is an upgrade), I keep
getting messages saying that the session failed.

When I compare the performance of the two machines, win 7 is quite the
better system.
