[AccessD] OT: Contract Work

Accelerated Production Systems, a Texas-based Engineering and Fabrication
company, has some Access work that we want to subcontract out.

It involves converting 3-5 Access 2000 databases to Access 2010. Tasks:

   - Create a Ribbon that replaces the functionality of the old Command Bar
   menu.
   - Addressing any other Access 2010 compatibility issues.
   - Being able to work along the lines of a mostly-completed go-by example
   - Creating a deployment package using the Access 2010 Runtime.

This should be catnip for those new-fangled ribbon lovers out there!
