[AccessD] Access error - A problem occurred while Microsoft Accesswas communicating with the OLE server or Active X Control.

This form has never worked. I am thinking it has something to do with the
number of fields in the data source or on the form. Will see what happens as
I add more and more fields to the form.

Was it working before and now it's not -- for no apparent reason.
