[AccessD] Looking for input from someone familiar with political campains in the US

Thanks for replying. Given the "nuts-and-bolts" nature of the kind of input
I'm after, perhaps it's best we take it off-list, so as not to bore the
others with the nuts and bolts of political campaigns.
