[AccessD] Error creating emails in Outlook in Win8

I've glanced at other options over the years but was trying to keep away from anything that has a DLL to deal with.

I am thinking it's a permissions problem, but I don't know specifically what to tell the users to look for. The folder in which the generated pdf file is temporarily saved? I don't know anything about that side of things.

Thanks
Carolyn

There's also vbSendMail, which some on the list have used. It does require
a DLL to be registered however....someone had code for that though.

  Carolyn,

I have a number of nightly "Access Batch Jobs" that create many reports in
PDF format and automatically e-mail these PDF files to select employees.

When I first started this project, I tried to use Outlook but ran into many
  time consuming issues.

I then did some research and started to experiment with a free command line
e-mail utility called Blat. Blat worked Okay, but when I ran into some
problems, I spent a lot of time and could not get good answers from anyone,
so I decided to try the free trial version of a command line e-mailer called
  Febooti.

I had immediate success with Febooti and decided to purchase the product
(less than $100). For the past two years, Febooti has worked very well for
us. It was money well spent for us.

You might not be interested in switching horses, but I thought that my
experience might be useful to you.

I did a google search and found similar messages. These links may be
  helpful, I hope.
I am not an Outlook programmer, but thought the links or links within may be
  helpful.
