Hi Listers, I have a company where an Access 2010 FE mdb is run on a number of computers all linked to the same printer on the network. All the users have Access 2010 runtime installed and Office 2010 except for 1. This user has Office 2013 (but Access 2010 runtime). All the other users can view and print any report to the printer except the 2013 user. She can view the reports on the screen but when they are sent to the printer from the Print menu Windows notification area (bottom RHS of Task bar) says it is printing (but only the first page) and nothing arrives at the printer or is on the print queue. EXCEPT FOR 1 REPORT!!!! I have looked at the report properties to see if there is a difference but I can't see any and would not really know where to look for a "Do not print this report even if asked to" setting. Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions for tracking down the problem? Regards David Emerson Dalyn Software Ltd Wellington, New Zealand
