[AccessD] Administrivia - We've added a new list that you may wish to subscribe to

Database Advisors recently added a new list-dba-office. 

This list will be a resource for Microsoft Office users and developers.
Don't worry, the Access-d list isn't going anywhere, but Access is a part of
the MS Office suite so discussions about Access are welcome on dba-office
too.
