[AccessD] Windows 8

I’m well aware of the tyranny of the default, but I’m not sure that always holds true when you look at browser stats and see Chrome’s overall dominance of the market.

There’s a joke among us pretentious IE bashers: Internet Explorer is the best browser for downloading a better browser
