Since this is the Access D list, maybe it's time for an Access topic?
 
These were just posted, which are video's from the last SharePoint
conference.  Haven't watched them all yet, so don't know what's good or not,
but if you don't think Access Desktop apps are dead, just watch the first
three minutes of the first link.
