[AccessD] Input Mask for Date Format

Dear List:
 
Having a problem generating an input mask for a text box that is bound to a
date/time field (I always have problems with the input mask).
 
The user wants MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm
 
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
