[AccessD] Creating Applications With SQL & Access

If you are building things to sell, you might want to have a look at the MS
BizSpark program which will for no cost, allow you to download the fully
loaded development tools from MS, that used to be a part of the paid
subscriptions. It has been very nice and the people at BizSpark are quite
courteous and helpful.
