[AccessD] Access 2007 Applications Running Under Access 2013Runtime

Tony,

I never ran into any API calls that had been removed, but 64-bit Windows 7
or 8 has some different calls.  I've personally never had any problems
running 2003 apps on Windows 8 or Windows 10.
