[AccessD] Odd Shortcut Problem

I've run into freaky shortcut problems before when duplicates exist, so I
learned to never have duplicate shortcuts.  Where is the settings shortcut
going, something in your application or something in Access?  If it's built
in, don't fight it.  Use a different shortcut for the other one.
