[AccessD] Access trying to launch Visual Studio

Hi John,

That happened to me repeatedly until I upgraded Visual Studio.

You can upgrade to VS 2013 Community Edition (free) now.  Later this year,
the 2015 version of VS Community will be released.

Be sure to completely uninstall VS 2010 first!!!
