[AccessD] QBE Grid, Any way to keep each column size?

I'd like to know that one as well - always been a BIG PITA.  Also the
field name size in the design view of a table.  I design intelligent
field names that tell me something about the field and they get pretty
long.  ALways having to resize the field name size - another PITA

Is there a way to save the Query so that if it is opened up again , the
columns in the QBE grid are auto-sized (or saved as they were previously
sized)?

I hate having to double click on each column, to size it each time.
