Thank you for your sharing your experience about MS Access applications development during recent years.
Perhaps, recently released by Microsoft Office Add-Ins ( http://tinyurl.com/qb9pbkj ) based on/using JavaScript API for Office ( http://tinyurl.com/zhg5o9s )  and Office UI Fabric ( http://dev.office.com/fabric  ) will help to revive real MS Access web apps development?
