[AccessD] Automatic backup

I hate to sound like a user, but I promise you, only Emily or I will ever be
in it. :) The only reason I'll put it on the server is so we can both access
it easily. :) I'm listening but because it's going to be on the server, I
will need to password protect it and the conversation about doing that with
a split db kind of made me leery.
