I've got a memo field and the Can Grow and Can Shrink properties both set to Yes. This field is usually empty and I'd like the Label to disappear when the field is blank. I've tried a Not(IsNull) to set the Visible property in the detail section's Format event --  it's not working. Any help?

This should be simple. :) I didn't expect to see it at all. You'd think if the control disappears its label would too.
