[AccessD] MS access shaky

It can be from their perspective, we have a number of Access DBs that the code behind gets slicked every now and then due to virus checkers...  Quite annoying.

Our IT department is trying to say MS Access is a shaky platform. I like access and don't agree with them. Anyone have any good comments?
