[AccessD] Basic Question (Probably) that I just don't know

The lock file is created by Access in the same directory as the database when the first user
opens the database, it is modified every time a user opens or closes the database. It is
closed when the last user closes the database.
All users need create,modify and delete rights to the directory containing the database.
