I use the Code Commenter and Error Handler Add-in.  It is available from the
Module window .. Addin Manager.  It is free :)

You can set up your own templates.

What is the name of the extension we all use for adding error code and other
things using keyboard shortcuts?  Freeware for Access (pmt
suggested) not free for other environments.

I am just not finding it using any of my google searches, nor in my saved
stuff.
