[AccessD] Annoying Bounce

I tried #2. Helps (but not really). #1 just too small for me. Using the
search bar in the Nav Pain was suggested. Maybe I can make a habit of that.
Because I'm scrolling but I know what object I'm looking for.

No real fix for it and it's been broken all the way up to Access 2016.

You can do two things to minimize it:

1. Put the screen settings back to 100% instead of 125.

2. Change the general text alignment to text from interface mode under
options. This reduces it but doesn't eliminate it.
