That is called the Access DeCorrupter.  Someone here on the list got a copy from me and then posted it on his website but I don't remember who did that.  Someone will remember soon.

I have seen postings about a tool that exports database objects to a text file (or similar) and reimports them into a new database.

 

Does anyone have the link for this?
